Fees and Payments
The Centre is run on a “Not for Profit” basis and therefore fees will be kept minimal while ensuring appropriate and substantial funding. Please be aware that the cost of the program is calculated based on the session, therefore there are no half day or hourly rates available.
Family Membership Fees:
A $25 annual membership fee is charged to every family when they enrol or re-enrol at the centre each year.
Membership fees are below:
Term 1 – $25
Term 2 – $25
Term 3 – $25
Term 4 – $25 (includes Term 4 and the annual membership fee for following year)
A membership fee is charged per family whether the child is to be a permanent or casual. The Centre cannot be used until this payment is made
Before and After School Attendance Fees:

After School Care: $19.00
** The above fees are applicable from the beginning of Term 1, 2022**
Vacation Care Attendance Fees:
The Family Membership fee must be paid to enrol in Vacation Care.
Vacation Care fees vary depending on the activity planned for the day (ie whether there is an incursion or excursion). Please check out our Current Vacation Care Program to view our prices.
Ezidebit Fees:
Administration Fee (once only): $0.99
Bank Account Transaction Fee: $0.80
Credit Card Transaction Fee: VISA/Mastercard 1.85%; AMEX/Diners 2.2%
EZIDEBIT Dishonour Fee: $9.90 per dishonoured transaction (to be charged directly from Ezidebit)
Centre Dishonour Fee: $15.00 per dishonoured transaction (to be applied to parent account at the centre)
Non Notification Fee:
A Non notification fee of $10 per child will be charged when the centre is not notified of an absence for a pre-booked session, or when a child attends who is not booked in. Absences can be noted on the Portal up until midday the working day prior to the booking, or inside this time by contact the centre and leaving a voicemail message.
Late Collection Fee:
The Centre closes at 6:00pm. A late fee of $10.00 for the first 10 minutes (or part thereof) after 6:00pm and then $5 for every 10 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged for each child who is collected late. Late pick up fines are calculated on the spot & are determined by the clock at the service.
Non Sign In/Out Fee:
A Non Sign In/Out fee of $10 per child will be charged when a Parent/Guardian or Authorised Nominee fails to sign in at drop off or out at pick up.
Signing In/Out is a legal requirement and consequences for families and the centre may be severe should proper procedure not be followed.
We understand that there may be times when your log in may not work or your child has not been entered in the system as yet, so this means that you are required to inform a staff member so that they can sign in.
Children must be signed in by a parent or guardian and cannot do it themselves. Should you forget or not know your username and password, please see a staff member so that it can be emailed to you.
